This is my first time using Aussie with our families new rescue. Erik was amazing and able to gain the trust of this little boy who has fear driven aggressive moments. Erik took the time to get to know Ado at his level on the floor first and for Ado to want to sit in his lap thats amazing!! Erik was also able to do the entire groom & our little boy is beautiful. Thank you for doing a spectacular job.

Natalie is by FAR the BEST groomer we have had!!!!, and weve had a LOT of them. She listens to how we want our Pomeranian groomed, they are hard dogs to groom and she does everything perfectly. Always adds a scarf or a Tie something cute. She takes her time and he looks, feels, and smells amazing. Please ask for her.And to the owner never let her go!!! Pay her whatever she wants. Give her whatever she wants LOL!!! She is worth it!! Like I said the best weve ever had. Turbo loves her and she is so good at calling to let you know she is on her way and when hes done. She takes her time. We all love Natalie in this household . Shes the only one who can get a lot of hair off by a good De-shedding. (Very hard and time consuming) so yes Aussie pet grooming with Natalie is the BEST!!!!!

Our prices depend on your pet’s breed, size, coat type, and the services you choose. We give upfront quotes with no hidden fees, and a small fuel surcharge may apply for certain areas. We also run seasonal specials and sometimes include complimentary add-ons for our loyal clients — all grooms include our full 15-step service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your pet’s breed, coat type, temperament, and any special needs. Then we explain our 15-step grooming process so you know what to expect. On appointment day, we arrive in our fully equipped mobile van, greet your pet, and make sure they’re comfortable before starting. After the groom, we’ll review the results with you and can help set up regular appointments to keep them looking and feeling their best.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our groomers are professionally trained in breed-specific grooming, coat care, and gentle handling. We also keep up with ongoing education in pet safety, first aid, and the latest grooming techniques to make sure every pet looks great and feels comfortable during their spa day.
