I was impressed with David from our first meeting. He was not only very thorough in how he examined all the work that I wanted done, but he was very pleasant and communicative. He was very quick in sending me the proposal for the job, and the proposal was detailed, thorough and reasonably priced. David was flexible about working with my time schedule. His team arrived (they are all vaccinated) on time every day. They were very pleasant to have around and were hard workers who knew their stuff. I live in an older house with the original cabinets. David’s team repainted them inside and out, removing the doors so they could be painted horizontally to eliminate dripping paint. They painted the drawers inside and out. They patched and repainted the ceiling as well as caulked cracks between the tops of the cabinets. They repainted the windows and doors. And the job was completed in less than 3 days so we were not inconvenienced that much. The whole thing looks beautiful. Thank you David.

David was very professional from day 1 when he came to see the project and gave me a quote. His rates were very reasonable so I chose to work with him and I am so glad that I did. He started the project the next day, exactly at the time he promised, brought all his tools and covered the floors and areas in a very organized fashion. My building has a very strict HOA but he followed every policy and made tbe exprecience very smooth. The quality of his work and attention to detail is amazing. Not only would I use him for my future projects but am inteoducing him to the company I would at so he can help with all our projects as well. Thank you David!!!

In a world of flaky contractors david comes thru as a breath of fresh air!! To have someone stand behind his word day in a day out even when unexpected things happens and he doesn’t back up on you that’s in heard of. He is super patient to your needs and takes the time to explain every step of the process so you will feel comfortable and secure. On top of all that he was able to beat the prices of all the competitors that I was checking out. Another huge advantage is that david has knowledge and expericance in general construction that comes in very handy during your project if you need somthing done. Over all his main goal is that you as the costumer will be happy and satisfied you can not beat that and you can rest assure you won’t walk away unhappy when david is taking care of you. David of Regal Painting is a man of his word. He gave me an excellent bundled price and really poured everything into the job as promised. I had a one bedroom apartment painted top to bottom as well as cabinets and doors. We had a couple of bumps along the way (not unusual for this scale of project) but david was responsive and took care of all issues. It’s not easy to find integrity in this town but this company is the real deal. Thank you David for listening and doing a wonderful job.

First, we meet and talk about your project, I go over in detail about the scope of work, preparation time (pressure wash and preparation on painting areas), estimated time to complete the work and final walkthrough to ensure customer satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are builders and one area we focus on is painting and finishing because of the quality and curb appeal of the property. On most projects we apply top brand paints from Dunn Edwards to Sherwin Williams.
