One of my universal remotes had broken and I also needed another remote programmed for a new tv. I contacted Lonny and he called to get a better picture of the issue. I immediately felt like he was an honest person because he told me he would come out and see if the "broken" remote could be fixed before assuming I needed to order an expensive replacement. And although he was going to see if he could fix the remote, I appreciated that he was going to bring a replacement with him just in case I did need a new one in order to eliminate the need for another appointment and get my tv's up and running all in the same day.  We scheduled an appointment for the following day at 3 pm. Lonny realized he was going to be late due to another job lasting longer and called in the afternoon to see if it was ok to come later. After he realized Friday traffic on the 405 was going to make him even later than we had previously agreed upon, he called again just to make sure I still wanted him to come or to see if I would prefer if we rescheduled. He was extremely respectful of my time and and very communicative throughout the day. I had no other plans so I told him he could still come if he wanted to brave the traffic. He arrived in the evening and stayed approximately 2 hours completing the job. He was professional, respectful, polite, and thorough.  He was able to fix the older remote and did not try to sell me new equipment that I don't need (yet). I found him to be incredibly honest and straightforward. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any A/V needs and when I finally do need my new universal remotes...I will be getting them from Lonny! I highly recommend!

Before I even met the dynamic duo(Lonny and Guerrmo), I liked them. Lonny was running late for my appointment and called,in advance, to let me know he was still on the 405,in high traffic. The courtesy of letting the customer know what is going on and the consideration of my time is a BIG STAR right there! I opened the door to greet them and Lonny immediately asks, would you like me to take off my shoes? BIG STAR,right there! Shoes off has always been my policy and it was nice not having to feel bad about asking. Lonny is straight forward and gives you options for your needs and I quickly got the feelling that I was in the presence of a computer genious as he went to work, figuring out how all of the home theatre pieces could speak to each other, in harmony. BIG STAR, right there. I would NEVER have been able to figure this out. He is knowlegeable and saavy about figuring things out(troubleshooting) Guerrmo was excellant at setting up the cable and taking it through the walls on a rope. TWO BIG STARS !! I had no idea how long these new smart devices take to set up, but there is alot of detail. I went for the universal remote, which takes some time to program. Be prepared that all good things take time! I would call them again, for any further A/V needs. BRAVO! Redondo Beach

Lonny is the man! He is nice, fair, and knowledgeable - what more can you ask for?! I was looking for someone to assess the home audio and internet situation in my new home, and Lonny made himself available within the hour to come by.
