Hakop and his installers were just amazing. Very good communicator, right on time, and the finished product was perfect. He did my laundry room counter tops and it transformed the room. He oversaw the job and made sure I was happy during every step of the process. Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with RCI that exceeded our expectations. Our new kitchen is gorgeous! We never wanted to cook or spend time in our old kitchen because it was outdated and cramped. Here was our experience: After interviewing several contractors, RCI was the only group to really listen to our needs, respond promptly to our questions and help us understand certain concepts and terminology. They continued this throughout the process and were open to changes and suggestions along the way. It's a lot of work to build a new kitchen and there are a ton of decisions to make. We chose not to hire a designer and to handle the decisions ourselves, and we definitely didn't know how much there is to decide! RCI went above and beyond in helping us with these decisions when needed and that was greatly appreciated. Everyone from their team - plumbers, electricians, cabinet installers, etc. were of the highest quality, precise and kind to work with. It felt like they were family after we were done with the project! Thank you for your quick responses, helpful guidance and amazing work. We hope to work with you again in the future.
