- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices depend on your pet’s breed, size, coat type, and the services you choose. We give upfront quotes with no hidden fees, and a small fuel surcharge may apply for certain areas. We also run seasonal specials and sometimes include complimentary add-ons for our loyal clients — all grooms include our full 15-step service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your pet’s breed, coat type, temperament, and any special needs. Then we explain our 15-step grooming process so you know what to expect. On appointment day, we arrive in our fully equipped mobile van, greet your pet, and make sure they’re comfortable before starting. After the groom, we’ll review the results with you and can help set up regular appointments to keep them looking and feeling their best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our groomers are professionally trained in breed-specific grooming, coat care, and gentle handling. We also keep up with ongoing education in pet safety, first aid, and the latest grooming techniques to make sure every pet looks great and feels comfortable during their spa day.
