- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is custom-quoted based on square footage, design complexity, and any surface prep required. Residential accent walls typically start in the few-hundred-dollar range, and large commercial murals are priced per square foot. Estimates are free and no-obligation, and the price we quote is the price you pay — no hidden fees. Our minimum project size is 25 sq ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation about your space and design ideas, then assess the surface and flag any prep it needs. Next we send a digital mockup showing the artwork on your actual wall for approval. Once you sign off, we schedule the print — most residential murals in the 25–50 sq ft range are finished in a single 2–4 hour visit. Larger commercial installations may take a full day or two visits, and we can work after hours to avoid disrupting your business. Every finished project comes with written care instructions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained and certified on industrial UV wall-printing equipment, with ongoing training in color calibration, surface preparation, and large-format design. We also have in-house designers who build print-ready artwork at the correct resolution and scale for your specific wall.
