Gian is the most knowledgable, thoughtful, and dedicated physical therapist and trainer I have ever worked with. I came to her 4 months postpartum after my second kid, with a destroyed core and an injured shoulder from lifting my toddler, and she not only figured out what was causing my pain, she was able to help me manage it and strength train without further aggravating it. Her knowledge of functional movements and different modalities for alleviating pain and building strength are unmatched by any other PT I've worked with -- and as a former athlete, I've worked with many. Gian always went above and beyond, building routines for my shoulder that also incorporated deep core work to help heal my diastasis recti. Because I was still breastfeeding, my ligaments were stretchy and weak, and it was hard to build muscle, but she persisted patiently and confidently, and I am finally pain free, without surgery or larger interventions. I'm so lucky to know her and have worked with her.
