Ive been using UV Swimming Pools for a few months now for weekly service in Woodland Hills. Initially I dealt with Rosh, who seemed like a straight shooter. I was hesitant because Ive had bad experiences with pool guys flaking. So far, theyve been reliable. The regular crew is Manny and sometimes Herman. They show up, do their thing, text me a report. There was one time they missed a week due to a scheduling glitch, but Jordan apologized and gave me a credit, so no harm. My pool is an older fiberglass model and theyve kept the water chemistry stable even with the crazy heat waves. I noticed they scratched the edge once with the vacuum pole, a minor mark, but I cant prove it wasnt already there. Whatever. I was once in my underwear when they came early and I had to hide behind the curtain, so awkward. But they still did the job. The pool is clear, no algae, and my kids swim almost every day. Im satisfied.

We hired UV Swimming Pools for weekly maintenance in Studio City after our previous guy just vanished. Rosh himself came out for the initial assessment, which I thought was cool. He pointed out some issues with the salt cell and we ended up replacing it. Scheduling with Jordan was smooth, though there was a mix up once where they showed up on a Thursday instead of Wednesday, but I was home anyway so its fine. Manny is the foreman who comes every week now, and hes consistent, knows his stuff. My cat hides under the bed every time, its ridiculous. The pool has never been clearer honestly. Last month we had a huge dust storm and the water was a mess, they came extra to vacuum it out, no extra charge I think I forgot. Oh, the only thing is they left the gate unlatched once and my toddler wandered in, but I caught her. So that was a scare, but otherwise solid. I was eating a banana and almost choked when I saw the gate open, whatever. At least the pool is swimmable now. Worth it I guess.
