About
Photographing people, whether it's at an event or in a portrait setting, is truly my greatest joy. I'm in love with the art of capturing the moments in their lives that matter most. I make my clients feel comfortable and beautiful in front of the camera, and give them images that reflect their true, best selves. I have done this professionally for 10 years now, and don't plan on ever stopping.

Rebekah took headshots for stage auditions. She was incredibly professional and worked to make me feel at ease. She was able to meet me quickly and got my edits done in one day! She also picked a fantastic location. I am very pleased with her work and would recommend her. I am very happy with the photos.

Hired on Thumbtack

Rebekah was the photographer for our wedding. We picked Rebekah because of how beautifully she captures and uses colors in her shots, as well as the candid nature of her photography. The pictures did not disappoint! The shots she captured were so natural and very us. She was very professional throughout the whole process and awesome to work with. We will definitely be using her in the future for any photography needs.

Our photo shoot was a comfortable, relaxing experience. Rebekah is great at breaking the ice and really made me feel relaxed quickly. I trust her eye for detail and capitalizing on opportunities to make a photo its best. I'd hire her again. And I probably will.

Hired on Thumbtack

We have hired photographers before to do our family photos, but Rebekah is far and away our favorite. She was flexible with the scheduling and when the weather turned on us she offered to reschedule again, but we were ready to go (and as you know getting everybody ready once is enough) so she showed up with an assistant and an umbrella to make sure it would go off without a hitch. I was a little concerned that the gloomy day would find its way into the pictures, but she made adjustments that made the pictures look like they were taken on a sunny day. Unlike many other photographers she knew just what she wanted and what positions and poses that she wanted us in to get the best shots. She was very friendly, but didn't waste time. I think she also sees the shot before she takes it, in other words I felt like she didn't just take hundreds of pictures and get lucky getting good shots. She knew what she wanted to see and made the camera, the landscape and us fit into that vision. We could not have been happier with her artistry.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have a range of wedding packages which are priced based on hours, number of photographers, and image delivery (digitals, prints, photo books). For portraits, I charge a session fee based on the amount of people being photographed, and images are sold separately. I offer a small, medium, and large package, as well as a la carte images.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a prospective client has reached out to me, before moving forward with booking, I like to set up a call or FaceTime session with them to go over the details of their booking and answer any questions they may have. After that, I send an invoice for the deposit/booking fee, which, upon payment, secures the date and time for my services. I like to keep in touch as needed, if any new details may come up between the time of booking and the shoot date, and as the date gets closer, will touch base to confirm details one last time.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find someone you click with and trust, whose work you love. You deserve the best, so don't settle for anything that doesn't wow you on all levels.
