I needed a couple of satellite dishes removed and thought this job was going to be too small for anyone to be interested. Florin responded quickky with a reasonable quote. On the agreed upon day, it was raining and was expected to continue for the next few days. I thought he was going to have to reschedule but no. We agreed that he would come when it lightened up a bit and he gave me 1hr advanced notice, showed up and completed the work. I really appreciated the flexibility and professionalism.
