***Update since I posted this. I received a call and ff up. We were able to receive the documents today 1/28/24 in person. He told us to reach out to him anytime we have questions. Thank you. WE HAVE CONTACTED ATTY PARHAM SINCE MARCH 9, 2023. INITIALLY COMMUNICATION WAS FINE BETWEEN US. WE ASKED WILLS & TRUST AND HE SUGGESTED ADVANCED DIRECTIVE WHICH IS FINE COST WENT UP TO $750. WE PAID FULL AMOUNT ON MARCH 29, 2023. WE GAVE HIM ALL INFORMATION HE NEEDED. WE RECEIVED DIRECTIVES DRAFT FORM JUNE 2. JULY 28 HE SAID DRAFT FOR THE WILLS & TRUST WERE READY AND HE WILL SEND IT. THAT IS WHERE IT ALL WENT QUIET. WE WAITED. HE RESPONDED HE WAS OUT OR JUST NOTICED THE EMAIL AND STATED HE WILL SEND IT. MONTHS HAVE PASSED OF FOLLOWING UP CALLING HIM, EMAILS WERE SENT TO HIM. NO RESPONSE. LAST MONTHS OF LAST YEAR I SPOKE TO HIM ON THE PHONE HE WAS SURPRISED WE HAVENT GOTTEN IT I WAS SURPRISED TO BECAUSE IM NOT RECEIVING ANY EMAILS FROM HIM AND I HAVE TRIED MY FRIENDS TO SEND ME EMAIL IT ALL GOES THROUGH. I ALWAYS REPLY ON EMAIL THREAD WE HAD AND NOTHING. HE SAID HE WILL MAIL THE DOCUMENTS TO OUR HOUSE I EVEN GAVE ANOTHER EMAIL ADDRESS TO TRY WHICH IS MY HUSBAND’S EMAIL. I EVEN OFFERED TO PICK IT UP AT THE OFFICE. BUT HE SAID HE WILL MAIL IT TO OUR HOUSE. ITS NOW 2024, STILL NOTHING. I JUST CALLED TODAY, NO ANSWER. NO FF UPS.
