I needed my MacBook to be able to run both Mac and Windows programs, and they set up a dual partition for me so I can switch between the two seamlessly. Everything was explained clearly, the install went smoothly, and now I have the flexibility to use all the software I need without buying another computer. I called explaining that I needed a new computer so I could connect my TV and a monitor. I wanted to watch multiple sports at once, or even have Netflix in the background (3 different screens at the same time). Erik explained to me I had all I needed already. Even showed me a cool app for my phone to control my computer. After he set it all up I now can use everything carefree from the comfort of my bed. Thank you again for the help and savings of using a couple adapters instead of buying another computer.
