Outstanding! SoCal Express Restoration was a fantastic partner for us throughout the mold remediation process. They responded quickly to emails, messages, and phone calls, explained everything, arrived on time for all meetings, and, most importantly, eliminated all mold from our flat. We had the pleasure of meeting the proprietor of this business and hiring them to removemold from our basement bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with them. We experienced a leak that caused mold to grow beneath the flooring. SoCal Express Restoration was the only company willing to assist us in determining the source of the leak as well as dealing with the mold. Fantastic crew! It was a delight to work with them, and I would strongly recommend them.

They were quick to respond and arrived the next day to assess the potential for water damage. They measured the moisture levels and analyzed the damage that may occur. They were courteous and thorough, checking for further moisture levels in the house from earlier leaks to ensure that everything was in order. Thank you for your recommendation!!

They completed the work quickly, and picked up all the debris. They were also remarkably quiet, relatively speaking, and I was able to work from home without any issues during this time. The place was very clean once they were done. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Every water damage or mold remediation job is different than the other based of how many areas need dry up or actual mold remediation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We value all our current customers and our new customers. We will send you a text when we are on our way within 30 mins. They our tech will come out and look at your project and let you know what needs to be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techs are Certified with IICRC WRT water damage restoration and certified with CMR for mold remediation
