I had the absolute pleasure of working with Aqua Remedy to install a water filter in my apartment, and I can confidently say: there’s no better option in LA.
They were incredible from start to finish. Alex and Azy were especially amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable, and honestly just great people.
They’ve been doing this for 15+ years, and it shows. I had a lot of questions about water filtration, and they took the time to explain everything clearly without being pushy. You can tell they actually care about helping you get what’s right for your home, not just making a sale.
They were also really responsive and professional, showed up on time, adapted to a few changes I needed during the install, and their pricing was really reasonable compared to other quotes I got. I felt totally taken care of.
If you're looking for a water filtration setup in LA, I genuinely don't think there's a better option. Highly, highly recommend.

I was absolutely blown away by AquaRemedy from the very first call. I was having my home’s water conditioning system serviced and asked for estimates on here. The other two estimates did not even ask about my existing system before telling me cost estimates. Alex took the photos I had submitted and went through step by step what he saw in this system and how they’d service it, and explained in detail why they would do what they were proposing to do. Then they came out in person and examined the system and explained exactly what they were going to do again, and the cost (all explained in a professional estimate) and then they did it. Their work was quick and meticulous and then they explained how the system worked (I upgraded to a WiFi monitoring system). In my 15 years of owning a house and having done dozens and dozens of projects, AquaRemedy is the most professional, responsive and quality business I have dealt with. I cannot recommend them enough.
