Aqua Remedy did an outstanding job installing my new water softener and carbon filter system. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly easy to work with. Their pricing was very competitive—better than several other quotes I received—and they took the time to answer all of my questions promptly and clearly.
I really appreciated that they gave me the flexibility to either purchase my own system or buy one directly from them. I chose to purchase my own because I wanted a specific valve, but even then, their pricing for their in‑house systems was more competitive than other companies I spoke with.
The installation itself was fast, clean, and done with obvious attention to detail. After everything was set up, they walked me through how to use and maintain the system, which was extremely helpful.
Overall, I’m very happy with the entire experience and will definitely be recommending Aqua Remedy to friends and family who are looking to install a water softener. They truly deliver great service and value.

I had the pleasure of working with Azy (installer) and Alex (office) for my water softener and reverse osmosis water filtration.
I appreciated that they were open to me purchasing the material and Aquaremedy performing the install. Because of this, I felt no pressure in “buying” a particular system. My reverse osmosis install was a little different with it connecting from under my under the sink set up to the water dispenser at my refrigerator, therefore no facet on the countertop. Again, aquaremedy had no issue with this
At the beginning Alex asked for the specifications on the material I purchased. This insured that his quote was accurate, which it was at the time of payment.
Alex was very accommodating in squeezing me into their schedule within a couple of days.
Azy arrived on time and performed a very clean install. He was very communicative during the install. He gave a summary on the systems and performed a water test at the end of the install.
Both individuals were very knowledgeable about water softening system and RO systems and a pleasure to work with.
