I recently posted a bad review about their technician, Joshua, but have removed it because I found out that it wasn't warranted, after Chris, one of the owners, came out for no charge and thoroughly checked out my freezer.What had happened was that Joshua had told me that the freezer was going out as evidenced by it occasionally shutting down for short periods and a frozen line in the back bottom, and it would be too expensive to repair. He said that the occasional leaking was caused by something that was in the drainage line and occasionally blocking it.I decided to get a second opinion from another company because it was normally cooling down to 0 degrees. The next technician cleared out a blockage in the water drainage line but said there wasn't a frozen line in the back and that the freezer wasn't going out.When Chris came out, he explained that Joshua had called him about the freezer symptoms and that he had told him that if the line in the back bottom was frozen, then the freezer was going out. He said Joshua saw what he thought was a frozen line, but it was actually a white colored line. Chris apologized and refunded my money. I can understand that Joshua made a simple mistake. Chris also diagnosed my freezer as running hotter then it should and that the fan was starting to have problems and told me how to tell if the fan did go out. I appreciate him refunding my money for the misdiagnosis but also finding a problem that the technician from the other company had missed. He is also very friendly. I will be happy to use Smart Tech Appliance Repair in the future.

Was very surprised the technician very friendly and tried to help and did help on fixing the refrigerator and freezer. Theres not a whole lot he can do when the stove is pretty old but he did work to try and make it better. Would recommend them anytime and Chris is a very nice man
