Would recommend Adam and his company to anyone looking for general contracting services. He took on a tricky deck project for us, installing Trex decking flush with our existing concrete patio. There were numerous complicating factors with the install which he and his team were able to tackle and the finished result looks great. Adam has a lot of experience building homes that he can draw on and is knowledgeable about a wide range factors that can impact a project. In addition the weather wasn't cooperating with much and and Adam and his team worked more than one day in a chilly rain which I know wasn't ideal or pleasant so you won't need to worry about his work ethic. We plan to consult with him on projects we have planned for the future.

Throne did a fantastic job on our fencing project! After 30 years in service and construction I can be pretty particular. They showed up ready to work, with materials. And work they did. Hard long days until complete! I would recommend them to my own family!

Throne Builders responded to my request very quickly which was music to my ears as I needed the fencing and gate replaced as soon as possible. The house I just purchased had been neglected on the outside, yardwork and fencing, for a few years. I have dogs that need a safe yard with good fencing to contain them. Throne Builders answered my call and I gave measurements over the phone to assist in the estimate. He was at my home the next day ready to do the job. He had to clear a couple large vines and debris away from the fence first but it was all included in the estimate. The job was done during the next 24 hours and looks fantastic. He used quality materials and excellent workmanship. He also did a couple extra requests I had on the finishing touches to the gate. I would hire him again and definitely recommend him.

After the most recent wind storm we finally faced the fact that we had to replace our 24 year old fence and gate. Adam Throne did ours at a very reasonable price for high quality work. He showed up on time and worked his butt off until after dark to get our fence done as soon as possible to avoid prolonged inconvenience and worry to us of having our yard exposed. He was responsive to our picky concerns and preferences, recommended solutions, tore out a couple old shrubs at no extra cost, and cleaned up and hauled off the aftermath mess. His work is high quality and our fence is strong and will last us for another 24 years or more. We are so pleased and now our neighbors want to replace theirs!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price work to include a budget for quality materials, and proper code compliant and best practices methods of installing materials. I also give customers a budget range up front that includes any additional work that maybe required to complete the project properly, so all costs can be planned for prior to the start of work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I bid projects often without going out to see the project. I often request photos be sent to me via email or text, and clients are given a budget for the project. If the budget is accepted, I show up with materials, and start work after I walk the job-site and provide a written proposal/contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a General Construction License, Plumbing License, and Real Estate license. I also consistently read fine homebuilding and JLC Online to learn about best practices for construction, and new construction products and installation methods.
