- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am priced very fairly for the quality of work but I do pride myself on being cheaper than most because I love the job. I do offer a military and first responder discount as well as a discount for the elderly (65+).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m very formal and like to know who I work for and how I can help them. Usually I come out and meet the customer and see what the best way to help them would be. Followed by a prompt return to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years in the trade and many locally held courses.
