They were able to start and complete the construction right away which we are so grateful for!! They rebuilt a wall that had water damage seeping in from old siding and we’re very happy with the auality on that front. Unfortunately the window frame replacement was not executed as it won’t close all the way to lock. We didn’t realize this until several months after. I recommend to do functional checks during the checkout process.
