Roy, Clinton and Dylan were professional as they replaced the old air handler in my very tight attic. There were some challenges which required modifying the original plans. The new options were discussed with me and came up with a new plan. They all worked very hard and left the work areas clean.

The Good Guys team, Mike, AJ, and Clinton, did a wonderful job of installing a new HVAC system for us. They were on time, courteous, clean, and flexible. They overcame several challenges to remove and replace the old system in the attic.And at an excellent price! On a later occasion Tim came over for a tuneup and did a great job.

We had a duct tear in our attic and decided to take a chance on Good Guys based on the reviews and also being local (we’re in EDH). Mike came out and did a thorough inspection. We then met with consultant Randy a few times to go over options (repair, replace, upgrade, financing, etc). We opted to do a full replacement of the whole HVAC system and also add zoning. The pricing was competitive and transparent and we were very impressed with the professionalism. Our technicians were also great (Kris, Lucas, and Dylan) and it took them about two full days to do the job. It was a great experience and we will be using them and would easily recommend them to friends/family!

He arrived right on our schedule time & performed an outstanding job completing the installation of a new HVAC. Highly recommended him as he is very skilled, & knowledgeable technician.
