Nathan did an amazing job helping us with our pool and equipment. We bought a home with a pool that had been neglected for a few years. After of cycling through a couple of pool repair companies and draining the pool twice in 3 months, Nevergreen was able to resolve all of our issues in two visits. Thank you!!

We have had Keoni and Nathan out 2-3 times for problems with our pool, and they have always been very easy to talk to, friendly, understanding, and helpful in dealing with the manufacturer in issues. When I have called, Keoni has always either answered right away, or called me back very quickly. I have been very happy with their handling of our pool issues!

I cant recommend Nevergreen Pools enough! If you are looking for reliable help in El Dorado County, Connor and his team are hands down the best in the business.What really sets them apart is their incredible responsiveness. Whenever Ive needed assistance, theyve been extremely quick to get back to me, often providing same-day or next-day service. In an industry where it can be tough to get a call back, their communication is a breath of fresh air. I also really appreciate that they send an email with photos of the completed service every timeit gives me great peace of mind knowing exactly what was done.On top of the top-tier service, their fees are very competitive. It is rare to find such high-quality work paired with fair, honest pricing. My only regret is that I didn't find them sooner!
