- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and depends on the size of the job, project complexity, and materials needed. For small jobs, I can often provide an estimate based on photos or a brief description. For larger projects, I offer a free consultation and detailed estimate. I also provide discounts for repeat customers and multi-service projects. Any additional costs are always discussed upfront.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I discuss the project details, goals, and expectations with the customer. Then I may schedule an on-site visit or ask for photos/videos to better understand the scope of work. After that, I provide an estimate, timeline, and work plan. Once everything is approved, I begin the job and keep the customer updated throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in handyman services, including repairs, installations, furniture assembly, painting, mounting, and general home improvement work. I also continue learning new tools, techniques, and industry standards to make sure my work is done safely and professionally.
