Patricia was fantastic! I was in need of both energy healing and nutrition counseling, and Patricia was there every step of the way. Her energy healing was deeply helpful in clearing some past emotional trauma. In terms of the nutrition counseling, she provided me with weekly goals that we devised together to accomplish. She really worked with me to figure out what MY goals were based on my health history and to provide the support and vast knowledge to achieve those goals. Her supply of information was extremely enlightening and new to me, but she made it not only easy to understand, but fun to implement. I have had more fun working with food since I worked with Patricia. She doesn't teach you to diet and restrict your food, but she teaches you how to enjoy your food and get the most out of it. Most importantly, she teaches you to really enjoy it and make the best choices for yourself everyday. It helped me, a sufferer of frequent migraines, to lessen the frequency of those migraines to almost nonexistent. I can't recommend her services more highly, and I look forward to continuing to work with her!

Patricia's Innerlight Sessions are so gentle yet powerful! She has the ability to work with and witness very subtle energies while holding a loving, safe space for transformation. I had three sessions with Patricia via Zoom - it is amazing to me that we were able to do this work together when she is in Los Angeles, USA, and I am in London, Europe. We worked across a time difference of eight hours! I found it easy to connect with Patricia - she is a kind, fun, warm, patient, sensitive and caring practitioner. She understood where I was coming from, gently helped me frame my intentions for our work together, and kept checking where I stood with them before each session. In each session she gave me the time and space that was needed for my work to complete itself, patiently witnessing without judging until it was done. A few days after each session, she checked in with me to see how I was doing, making me feel very safe and cared for. Patricia's feedback from our sessions was insightful and accurate. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I meet with clients for 60-90 min sessions for Health/Wellness Coaching, and Reiki/Energy Therapy sessions. I also offer discounted sessions when purchasing 3 sessions in advance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Health/Wellness and Life Coach sessions, I meet with clients online or in the comfort of their home or other quiet setting where I can listen and get to know their concerns. I help guide them to develop a plan for wellness and Self-Renewal in a positive, encouraging way. I provide best coaching practices in a safe, supportive, and dynamic atmosphere. For Reiki and Energy Healing Sessions, I meet with my client online or in the comfort of their home or other quiet and calm space where they can relax and feel safe to experience deep healing of emotional or stress-related energy blocks, and chakra balancing. I explain the process and find out what the client's preferences are before the session. The client can lie on a comfortable massage-type table or sit up in a chair if needed during the session. Light or no touch is used during the session as preferred by the client. Light aromatherapy from pure essential oils can be used, and various healing stones and crystals to enhance the session. Calm music is provided to help the client relax in a meditative way to facilitate deep healing. Clients are encouraged to stay hydrated following sessions.

I am a certified Energy Therapy Practitioner, Reiki Master, and Meditation Facilitator. I practice several modalities of intuitive energy healing and chakra balancing. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. and am currently a student with the School for Applied Functional Medicine. I am a member of the International Association of Health Coaches (IAHC). I have studied with leading authorities in holistic health and nutrition, intuitive energy healing. and life coaching, such as Dr Mark Hyman, Dr Andrew Weil, Dr Christiane Northrup, Dr. Niki Elliott, Sophia Hanson, etc.
