I’ve been training with Mark for almost 3 months now, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better coach! From day one, he’s been super supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. Not only have I improved a ton physically, but I’ve also gained so much more confidence in myself. He knows how to push you just the right amount. I’ve been working out for a while, on and off. However, since 2022 I have been consistently working out. I’ve done CrossFit, LA Fitness, then a bunch of group fitness classes. I was for, but I wasn’t STRONG! I wanted to be strong and couldn’t push myself enough to surpass that stage. Mark helped me get onto a program and get me there. I’m 3 months in and it’s been going great. To be honest, I was already strong to begin with, but I wanted to become stronger, and didn’t know how to get myself there. He got me there. I couldn’t have asked for a better trainer who doesn’t just train for the money, but makes training fun and overall less dreading. He has years of experience and I love to learn from him. You’ll get the most out of your buck, a therapist, a friend, a mentor, and a kick*ss workout! He’s reliable, communicative, hardworking, and is well rounded from younger athletes to helping older folks. Been very impressed by his work lately!

End of August 2024 , I made a decision to improve my health. I am 57 years old and was struggling with strength and mobility. I was nine months off of major intestinal surgery. Mark started working on mobility and balance. After a couple weeks we discussed where I would look to improve. I told him strength I want to be a strong independent old man. Immediately we did max outs on 6 compound exercises. In 6 to 7 weeks I am now up from 30 to 60 lbs ( Squats). I am convinced that Marks plan and and focus on proper form has accelerated my gains. My goal has changed from being an independent old man to a bad ass old man. I strongly recommend Mark to anyone who wants to improve their health. Meet Mark and do the work!

Mark is the best! He’s helped me a lot even just in the somewhat short time we’ve been working together. He’s a great coach who really walks you through all the exercises and teaches you how to do them correctly. He’s encouraging and pushes me to be better but in such a supportive way. I’ve always felt super comfortable working with him even though I was very new to the gym and exercising like that. I also feel more comfortable in the gym now on my own after working with him. He’s very caring and genuinely wants the best for the people he works with. He also checks in and makes sure I’m good on other aspects of my life, and has helped guide me on nutrition and sleep and other things as well. I’m so happy I got to meet Mark and have him as my trainer! I’m not sure I would’ve been able to get as far as I have and get the progress I’ve made so far without him!
