What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the scope of work and pricing in detail and agree to start the project. We send a formal estimate to the client for signature approval. When we arrive on site, we confirm project details, do an amazing job, and walk the client around for approval before we leave to ensure a happy customer!

I have a degree in Business Ethics as well as a construction background since I was young which I believe is a perfect combination.
