- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a comprehensive, full-service program that families can start at any grade level. This is our signature program that walks families through the entire process. The program fee is $10,500, and we have payment plans available. Separate from the comprehensive program, I also offer service-specific options called sprints (with varying prices) that focus on completing tasks as quickly, efficiently, and authentically as possible. I don’t work with families on an hourly basis, except in some rare situations, since I like to focus on the student’s success over counting hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free, 20-minute Right-Fit Call to make sure I’m the best person to help and choose a program or service that’s best for you. Families interested in the comprehensive program will have the opportunity to sign up for a $497 Clarity Session to map out their college plan. The $497 is deducted from the total fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have helped over 300+ students successfully go to best-fit colleges, and I’ve never had a student transfer. I am an expert in admissions, college selection, UC and Common App processes, financial aid and scholarships, and college essay writing. I have two degrees from Johns Hopkins in humanities. I am a member of all the major college counseling organizations. I have spent three years reading applications for the Coca-Cola Scholarship, and over 90% of my students say they were admitted to one of their top-three choice school. I am one of only a small handful of college counselors who specializes in the unique college search for LGBTQ+ students, and I have contributed to two major books on the topic. I have over 10 years of experience, and I love what I do.
