I hired Brad and his team at JMS Create to renovate my office condo, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The project included new flooring, kitchen cabinet painting, weather proofing some of our windows, fixing damage where water had leaked in previously. They also did a full interior repaint, including a ceiling which we wanted black and turned out fantastic! Brad maintained clear and consistent communication throughout, and his team was professional, efficient, and patient— especially while we finalized flooring choices. Even during the final walkthrough, when we pointed out a few minor adjustments, the team was quick to address everything without hesitation or added cost, which we really appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and detail-oriented contractor for commercial renovation work.
