Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I have been successfully helping couples to develop the tools necessary to communicate effectively for more than 20 years. Having disagreements is not unusual. Learning how to resolve disagreements is a key element to healthy relationships. Conflict resolution is about learning to fight fairly by listening in an atmosphere of Respect, Trust, Safety and love and not placing my desire to be right over the relationship. It would be my pleasure to help you achieve all of your goals. California Practitioners Network's reply
I never met or ever provided services to this person. Ralph H. made an attempt to make an appointment and I reached out to him to make it happen. He never responded or followed up with me to make an appointment. I do not understand what happened here and I am sorry for any inconvenience

Jeffrey Salinas is a fantastic therapist and marriage counselor. My husband and I were experiencing a rocky patch not too long ago and finally decided to give counseling with Jeff a try-- I'm so glad we did! Sessions with him made an immediate difference. He gave us assignments and taught us strategies to communicate better and deal with conflict more effectively. He is understanding and sympathetic, while also being very honest and straightforward, which is really valuable. My marriage is much better now, but I still see Jeff because this experience has helped me grow a lot and I want to keep working through some of my own stuff. I've learned that it can take time to find the right therapist, but once you do, it makes a world of difference. If you're looking for help or need someone to talk to, give Jeff a try, he's terrific!

My (now) husband and I began working with Jeff back in 2011 when we were dating and newly living together. We are now married with two young children, and regularly meet with Jeff for "tune ups" and sessions to fine tune our marriage and maintain our communication/connection. Jeff has helped my husband understand how I process and express myself (as I am the more emotional partner) and our communication skills have grown leaps and bounds since we were first together. Our time with Jeff will only be ending as our family will be moving back to Oregon, and we are heartbroken to be ending our time with him. Jeff is compassionate, experienced, empathetic, supportive and values his clients and their journeys. I remember calling him for the initial session in an emotional/low moment, and he personally took my phone call and simply encouraged me to come in for support, rather than stress about fees and scheduling details. That was a game changer during such a hard time. I should add too that I myself am now a licensed Therapist (LMFT), so I know good therapy when I see it We recommend Jeff to all our married friends and think everyone would benefit from couples work. Jeff has made my husband feel welcome and not judged (two therapists in the room, gah!), but he is also direct and honest. My husband is a definitely mans-man, so therapy wasn't quite his cup of tea, but he knew we needed support. My husband now sings Jeff's praises and tells all of his guy-friends that Jeff is "worth his weight in gold" and that everyone should go to therapy! If that doesn't tell you how helpful he has been, I don't know what will. Give him a try, hopefully he'll be a great fit for you and can give you the support you need.

I started working with Jeff in Summer of 2013. At the time, i was getting out of a really bad relationship and was having panic attacks almost every other day. Long story short, I was rapidly reaching rock bottom. Jeff is truly the best therapist that I have ever worked with (and there have been several). He has a wonderful mix of empathy and sympathy, but also holds me accountable (in a kind but productive way) and puts things into words in a way that really resonated with me. I do not do well with my emotions - I am more rational, and he was able to explain my emotions in a rational way so that I could understand them better. While I do not need as much help with my emotions or panic anymore (after many years with Jeff), I still see him 1-2 a month for a check in and to bounce issues that arise from time to time at work or in my personal relationships. His advice is invaluable to me, and I do not even want to know what my life would have looked like if I had not started working with Jeff. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!
