I went to Erin for help years ago, before the beginning of the COVID crisis and we did telehealth appointments during the crisis. I spoke with her for 3-4 months, sometimes twice a week. She really helped me, and I value her service so much even now years later. If you are looking for an intelligent, intuitive, and truly understanding therapist, I recommend her.

I started seeing Erin about four years ago, and it has been the best thing that I have done for myself. I can't imagine going through the things that life has thrown at me without her guidance and support. She's a great listener, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I highly recommend her to anyone that is thinking about giving therapy a try. Being proactive in your healing journey is no walk in the park, but Erin is very mindful of it and does an excellent job of allowing you to go at your own pace but also challenging when she knows it's for the best. I am grateful for the tools she has given me to cope with this crazy life.

Fantastic human! She meets you were you are and all the same time challenge you to look at yourself. Therapy is about self-insight. Erin is an honest and kind person. As a colleague, her techniques are unique and something I would like to learn and use professionally and personally. Erin has a way of getting you to learn about yourself and challenge you to walk through the invisible wall/s that you put in front of you. She encourages you to look at these invisible walls as a challenge instead of conflict. She promotes self-growth in an amazing way.
