Very happy to have chosen Primo Plumbing. I had several plumbers come out for an estimate and by far was Primo Plumbing the best option. Not only were they super friendly from the time I made my first appointment to the time they left the job. Aaron was first class all the way. He came and did the estimate as well as was one of the two plumbers for the install. He couldnt have been a genuinely nicer guy. Both Aaron and Charlie (also very friendly) went the extra mile to put back together my very complicated doors.

Steven Payne was my guy this time. Jordan and his team sent out his "gas guy" Steven to help me instal an applianced. All went well in terms of the install and Steven left. Later I tried to install the drawer underneath the appliance and it would not fit. Jordan was great in the follow up and sent out Steven again to do the fix. We all thought the worse.. that we would have to "undo" some of the work that Steven did the day before but he did a great workaround that solved the problem. The service from Jordan and Steven was excellent. Sign of of good team... and good management. Thanks SP!
