- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Structura, we make the process simple, organized, and transparent from start to finish. Initial Consultation – We start with a phone call or on-site meeting to understand the customer’s vision, needs, budget, and timeline. Site Visit & Evaluation – We inspect the property, take measurements, and discuss design ideas, materials, and possible solutions. Detailed Estimate & Proposal – We provide a clear written estimate outlining the scope of work, pricing, and project timeline. Planning & Design – For larger projects like ADUs, renovations, or new construction, we help with planning, layouts, permits, and material selection. Project Scheduling – Once approved, we schedule the project and keep the customer informed about every phase of construction. Construction Phase – Our team completes the work with attention to quality, cleanliness, and communication throughout the project. Final Walkthrough – Before completion, we review everything with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any final details. Our goal is to create a smooth, stress-free experience while delivering high-quality craftsmanship and dependable service.

At Structura, our team combines hands-on construction experience with professional education and technical training.
