- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service fee may be greater than $100 if you are more than 50 miles travel distance. This would be disclosed in advance at the time of the rough phone estimate once an address is provided. The service fee is applied towards the repair if you choose to move forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A rough estimate will be provided over the phone. A service fee will cover diagnosis and will be put towards the cost of repair after a total estimate is provided. Most repairs can be completed the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 5 year background in plumbing. I have been repairing hot tubs since 2021.
