And you can feel free to contact me anytime after the repair with follow up questions. My $100 service fee depends on your location and will be applied toward the repair if you decide to move forward with the job after a total estimate is provided.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The service fee may be greater than $100 if you are more than 50 miles travel distance. This would be disclosed in advance at the time of the rough phone estimate once an address is provided. The service fee is applied towards the repair if you choose to move forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A rough estimate will be provided over the phone. A service fee will cover diagnosis and will be put towards the cost of repair after a total estimate is provided. Most repairs can be completed the same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 5 year background in plumbing. I have been repairing hot tubs since 2021.
