Robie was great! He helped me install a 14-50 outlet in our garage for our tesla charger. Robie provided his professional suggestions regarding the placement of the outlet, and finished the job sooner than originally anticipated. Great Experience! Showed up OnTime and with all the Tools and Materials for the job. Explained in detail what he was going to do (then what he did) job was longer than expected yet he stayed until job was finished. Service call rate is $75/hr, 2 hour minimum for a certified electrician with service truck and tools. Planned project rate on a multi-day project average is $56/hr for a crew of 2.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Same day service calls for unplanned emergencies are $75/hr, 2hour minimum. For planned projects I will schedule a site visit followed by a written estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The electrical construction industry requires continuous training on the latest technologies and safety codes and take courses throughout the year to maintain electrician certification.
