- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a mortgage banker for 10 yrs for several states. I worked my way toward owning several of my own investment properties. Over the last 17 yrs, it just became natural to start managing for other individual investors. My experience is from the same perspective as those I work for, earn cash flow.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I handle all basic monthly management needs to protect landlords rights for rents due and property upkeep. Handle legal issues, mediation and/or evictions when neccessary. Timely and cost efficiently manage all property repairs and remodels when necessary. Stay active in new tenant lease ups and prevent length of vacancy time.
