I am so grateful for the help that Laurence provided. I had an electrical issue and reached out to him to set up an appointment. Laurence responded immediately and asked me to call him. During the phone call, I explained the electrical issue that I had, and Laurence told me how to fix the problem over the phone. Not only did his suggestions work (my electricity is working again), but Laurence did not charge me for his time. I am so grateful for his help! It is rare to come across such professionals with strong morals.

My initial contact with Laurence over the phone proved to be very beneficial. He gave me his fee structure, asked what I needed to be done and suggested I send photos to help with getting the correct materials. I sent the photos with short explanations and received a follow up call soon there after, discussing further what would be needed to repair, insuring all parts/fixtures would be on hand for the job. Laurence was prompt, fixed the myriad of inoperable sockets and light switches and even helped me change the bulbs in the decorative street lamps. I'm very happy with the professional services I received.

***Lawrence went above and beyond providing us support...without even being on the job. After calling him for help with a power outage, he responded immediately, but couldn't come out due to his schedule. However, he provided consulting expertise on what to do despite not being on the clock. In fact, he followed up later to see how things worked out after recommending calling SDG&E to have them address the issue first. When I told him the result of the visit, he provided additional recommendations on what to do next. He will be the first one I call for any future electrical issue. Thank you Lawrence!***

HONEST AND HELPFUL. I called about a damaged wire inside an interior wall. I think that 99.99% of all electrical contractors would have immediately set up an appointment for a visit by an electrician. Instead, Electricians San Diego asked me very specific questions and also had me text them a picture of the wires. We spent at least 10 minutes on the phone. They clearly described the issue and told me I could easily fix it myself! A company that does not seem to want to gouge you and in fact takes time to help for free? Amazing. So even though I have not met them, I plan to use them for any electrical issue I may have.
