We bought a house that needed some work to rent out to military families. We learned about Matthew from the guy we hired to do the flooring. Originally they were just going to paint and do some trim and a backsplash but after meeting with him we had him and his team do everything from moving walls and rearranging the kitchen cabinets to interior and exterior painting to a custom hand rail. It was great working with Matthew and how easy it was to get him on the phone. Thank you SD General!

We had a mold issue after a bad initial repair by a handyman, and SD General and Matthew we able to come in and give us a whole new bathroom to make sure we won’t have the same problem. We really liked the Gantt chart and the project portal they had. Now the bathroom looks fantastic, and they were done fast enough that the tenants were happy. Definitely recommend!
