- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love making the transition to a cleaner home as seamless as possible! Here is what you can expect: Customized Estimate: We start with an initial quote based on your home’s square footage and layout. Since every home is unique, this estimate may adjust slightly based on the "lived-in" level and specific dust levels we find. The First Visit: We usually recommend a Deep Clean for our first visit. This allows our team the extra time needed to handle detailed areas like baseboards, shutters, and light fixtures, setting a perfect foundation for maintenance. Feedback & Refinement: After your first clean, we’ll check in to see how you felt about the service. We use your feedback to add specific notes to your profile so we can tailor every future visit to your preferences. Recurring Care: Once the initial deep clean is complete, we move you into a recurring schedule (bi-weekly is our most popular!) at a discounted rate to keep your home feeling fresh year-round.
