Introduction

For so many reasons - but primarily because I used to flip houses before I opened my construction company. I know exactly where to get the biggest bang for the buck. Also - we have an architect and draftsman on staff. We can show you exactly what your house will look like before we start day 1! I get to knock things down! It may sound funny but it is very therapeutic taking down a wall with a sledgehammer. Gets out aggression!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have the world's simplest pricing system! We bill our guys out at $25 an hour for general demolition labor and $35 for specialty labor (safing off electrical or water). We, as a company, take between 12%-17% depending on the job to do the entire thing. No hidden costs or extras. Totally open book.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I recently graduated from Turner's School of Construction Management. Additionally, I am a part of the University of San Diego's Real Estate Development program which keeps me up to date on what is going on in the field and around San Diego.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Previously, I flipped houses on the side of my job and since I was working full time, I had to hire contractors to do the work for me. After spending a few years in the process, I decided that I could do it much cheaper and faster than the men I was hiring - so i should do it myself!
