Introduction: I am a credentialed mediator in the San Diego area, since June 2010. However, I have been an "expert witness" for the last 10 years, since 2001. My specialty areas are: securities (stocks and bonds), homeowner assoc problems, business disputes, and corporate employee problems. I have a total of 50 years in the securities business (since Dec. 1961), with various large firms, such as Merrill Lynch (34 years), Prudential Securities, and Morgan Stanley.
I am organized, disciplined, well-spoken (member of Toastmasters), literate and intelligent. I have been told on numerous occasions that I have strong abilities in reconciling issues between individuals and corporations. I have been employed on approx. 140 cases as an expert witness, over the last 10 years, and approx. 20 mediations outside the securities industry.
