We hired Chef Vatani for a BBQ night with eight guests and it was awesome. Everything felt fresh and surprisingly healthy. The tomahawk ribeyes were cooked perfectly, and the veggies were just as good. Alex made it easy for us and the whole night was a hit.

We have Alex come over and cook for us three times a week at our place, and its been a game-changer. He often surprises us with his own takes on our favorite requests, and everything is consistently delicious. Our favorite is when he makes kebabs and persian style rice. We love how organized and efficient Alex's process is and how seamless it fits into our schedule. He does most of the prep at home, does what he needs here, and leaves us with leftovers and a generally clean kitchen. Sometimes we hardly notice hes here while other times it feels he's just a part of the family. Oh and he takes everything with him when hes done.

We called Alex on extremely short noticejust two hours before we had company coming overand he showed up and put together a huge meal for us without missing a beat. On top of that, we had food restrictions and requested seafood and vegetables only, and he absolutely nailed it. He made a wonderful seafood risotto, mushrooms, a mushroom soup, and a perfectly grilled branzino that was refreshing, incredibly fresh, and packed with herbs. Everything was absolutely phenomenal, and he turned what couldve been a stressful situation into an effortless, memorable evening. Total savior.
