Introduction: We begin by discussing your goals, health history and amount of time you can commit. You will then be taken through the functional movement screen to assess your strengths and weaknesses. Using the results of your assessment, we design a periodized training program for you, which changes every 4-6 weeks.
Semi-private training:
With semi-private coaching, you not only get the expertise and support of your strength coach, you also get the encouragement and camaraderie of the two training partners you are paired up with. Because of the additional encouragement, clients train harder and get better results. Semi-private coaching is about half the price of a similar one-on-one session.
