We offer self-defense for all ages including the following:
* "Women Warrior," a program designed for women's self-protection (more proactive than a passive system).
* A kid's self-defense program "Champion Youth" (emphasis on dealing with bullies, stressing self-confidence and building self-esteem).
We also provide instructions in kenpo karate yellow belt to black belt for all ages and genders. We make karate a fun program.
