- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are competitively priced and will provide the customer with an estimate within 7 days. We are very lean and efficient and save the customer lots of money in doing so. Our advantage is our efficiency, organization, and up-front and direct communication with our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you give us a call or message saying that you are interested in our services, one of our team members (either Nolan, Will, or Matt) will come to your home to discuss the project. We will take notes and ask questions to make sure that we understand are able to communicate your needs. Then, we will send you an estimate within 7 days and await your reply. If you choose to work with us, we will schedule you and provide you with a clear expectation of when we will be working on your project, when we will arrive and leave, and how long we expect it to take. We all live right here in Sonoma and have good relationships with many local contractors and material suppliers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nolan and Will have a collective 50+ years of concrete experience; everything from layout and forms to finishing. There is nothing they can't do as it relates to concrete. Matt has a bachelors degree in soil science and hydrology from UBC and has worked for many years in landscape design, most recently at Sonoma Mission Gardens right here in Sonoma.
