We hired Mike to do some repairs in our home. He was expensive and did not complete the job. He never returned to finish. I will not recommend him.

Unfortunately in some instances, Customers refuse to obtain the required Permits to perform services on their Property. Anyone who lives in a Modular Home in California is required to obtain a permit from Sacramento to have almost any work done. When a Homeowner refuses to obtain said Permits, the Contractor has a choice to either perform the Work Illegally or Legally with a Permit on the Property. I refuse to perform work when a Permit to Required and the customer won't obtain one.
This Client refused to obtain such a Permit.
My estimated price was lower than the surrounding area, The Client was actually given a discount after finding that the home they purchased had previous undisclosed Severe Water Damage at their time of Purchase.
The Customer was given all Receipts and they paid for the Material which was left on their Property but actually didn't pay for the Work that had been Performed.
The Customers Mobile Park Manager was also notified of the failure to obtain a Permit.

Did not get permits for his own property and blamed others who when he got reported by neighbors. The guy is getting exactly what he deserves. He stiffed me a days wages and did not reimburse me for materials I got for his rental property. Michael does not have the integrity and you should look elsewhere for people give a crap about other people.
