- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a meeting to discuss what the customer is looking to achieve. We discuss materials, timelines, costs, and potential alternatives. I then write up a bid for labor and materials and email it to the customer. We then schedule a time that will be most convenient and get their product ordered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed flooring contractor and installing floors in Sonoma, Napa, and Marin County’s for 25 years.
