If you happen to read this review, don’t let go of Doug. Let him do your floor installation. We had our entire granny unit prepped for vinyl flooring. After one day of work, we looked over everything and can’t find any misses or faults. A complete professional.

Was really knowledgeable and informed me my floors are vinyl plank which doesn't require sealant. And that any sealant we put on wouldn't actually stick. Extremely helpful and nice. What great customer service 👍.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a meeting to discuss what the customer is looking to achieve. We discuss materials, timelines, costs, and potential alternatives. I then write up a bid for labor and materials and email it to the customer. We then schedule a time that will be most convenient and get their product ordered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed flooring contractor and installing floors in Sonoma, Napa, and Marin County’s for 25 years.
