Doug did an amazing job on my floors. He installedflooring in two rooms and replaced the floor in a small bathroom. The challenge I had was that the original flooring in the rest of the house is no longer made. He came out and helped me make sure I could match the existing flooring. It does and you would never know it’s not part of the same original install. Doug has a great eye for detail and made sure everything lined up and looked great. His team that helped with the job was just as good as he is. His quote was super reasonable and quite a bit less than the flooring stores quoted me. Plus he is just super nice, responsive, and a delight to work with. He really knows what he is doing and I would give six stars if I could.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a meeting to discuss what the customer is looking to achieve. We discuss materials, timelines, costs, and potential alternatives. I then write up a bid for labor and materials and email it to the customer. We then schedule a time that will be most convenient and get their product ordered.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed flooring contractor and installing floors in Sonoma, Napa, and Marin County’s for 25 years.
