Hired on Thumbtack
Poor communication. An hour late for bid appointment. Then rude when called out for not being responsive. Typical bad contractor. Pay attention to self generated reviews versus reviews by true customers on here. It shows number of times “hired” and number of reviews should match. Otherwise, self generated reviews.

I apologize for the delay in response time Shawn. I thought you would be understanding of our IT issues. We typically respond within 48 hours for a small job like yours.
It's unfortunate to see slander in your review, as our reviews our genuine and our reputation is sterling in Sonoma County as we have been doing it for 30 plus years.
We are NOT the typical contractor at all and as a result do not work with clients that harass our employees.
Had we done any work for you we would have exceeded your expectations as we normally do.
