Rafael and his crew did a great job creating a crushed stone border in my garden. They were meticulous in cleaning up after and I really like the stones-they remind me of sea shells. Rafael helped me design my backyard landscaping. There was a lot of patio, so he had to work around that, a pool and a firepit. he found beautiful pots , trees and plants to fill in my backyard. l know every person wants to keep a reasonable budget on garden project or maintenance... so l try to work out financially with them. but using quality materials and excellent job performance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
l like to set up a meeting in person with my client, walk around the property and share information, then l take measurements and in a couple days l sent to them the estimate for the project.
