Rafael is wonderful. Great communicator, problem solver, diligent, and hard worker. We had an issue with. An newer irrigationsystem not functioning properly. He spent the time to analyze the problem and work through a number of steps to resolve the issue. He was able to get a replacement under warranty for an expensive irrigation timer that had gone bad. Many others would have simply said the home owner needs to pay for a new one. He is definitely a client advocate.

l know every person wants to keep a reasonable budget on garden project or maintenance... so l try to work out financially with them. but using quality materials and excellent job performance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
l like to set up a meeting in person with my client, walk around the property and share information, then l take measurements and in a couple days l sent to them the estimate for the project.
