- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
l know every person wants to keep a reasonable budget on garden project or maintenance... so l try to work out financially with them. but using quality materials and excellent job performance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
l like to set up a meeting in person with my client, walk around the property and share information, then l take measurements and in a couple days l sent to them the estimate for the project.
