What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Package rates are available. I am available to travel beyond 20 miles r/t from my home location for an additional travel fee tbd. I do not usually give estimates due to the nature of this work. However, be prepared for several four hour or more days for most jobs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will schedule a complimentary phone conversation to get a clear idea for what a new client is needing and wanting to accomplish. From there, I will make a plan of action.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Business and Life Coach. I was trained by Patricia McDade of Consulting Alliance, the Entrepreneurial Edge ~ From Vision to Profit, Having it All, in Northern and Southern California. I served on her coaching team for four years after displaying outstanding results in my business under her mentoring.
